What the Beta Is

The Kwowta Beta Programme ("Beta") gives you early access to the Kwowta application ("the App") before its general commercial release. The App is provided in an unfinished state and is under active development.

By joining the Beta, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not sign up.

Who Can Join

To participate in the Beta you must:

• Be aged 18 or over.
• Be using the App for legitimate business purposes.
• Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms (either personally or on behalf of your business).

By joining, you confirm that all of the above apply to you.

It's Free — For Now

Beta access is provided free of charge for up to 6 months from the date your account is activated.

• We reserve the right to end the beta period early, with 14 days' notice by email.
• At the end of the beta period, you will be offered the choice to continue on a paid plan or to export your data and close your account.
• We will never charge you without your explicit consent. You will never be automatically enrolled into a paid plan without actively choosing one.

Your Feedback Obligation

In exchange for free access, you agree to provide honest feedback about the App at least once per month. This can be:

• Via email to support@kwowta.com
• Via an in-app or email survey when we send one
• On a call with a member of our team if we reach out

You can opt out of the Beta programme at any time. However, continued use of the App without providing any feedback may result in your access being suspended pending a check-in with you.

Your Data

• We will never sell your data to any third party.
• We store your data securely on UK/EEA-based servers.
• During the beta we may collect anonymised and aggregated usage analytics to understand how the App is being used. No personal identifiers are attached to this data.
• You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@kwowta.com.
• Full details of how we handle your personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" during the beta period. MJL Consult Global Ltd makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Guarantees of uninterrupted service, uptime, or error-free operation.
• Guarantees of data integrity or that data will not be lost.

You should maintain your own backups of any critical business data during the beta period.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MJL Consult Global Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of business.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on the App as a primary business tool during the beta period.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

Intellectual Property

The App, its design, branding, code, and all content created by MJL Consult Global Ltd remain the exclusive intellectual property of MJL Consult Global Ltd.

Joining the Beta does not grant you any ownership interest or licence beyond the right to use the App for your own business purposes during the beta period. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the App.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us may be used by us to improve the App without compensation or attribution to you, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Confidentiality

You are welcome to tell people that you are using Kwowta and to share your general experience of the product.

However, you agree not to:

• Share screenshots or recordings of unreleased features without our prior written permission.
• Disclose details of internal roadmap discussions, pricing plans under consideration, or other non-public business information shared with you as a beta participant.

Termination

By us: We may suspend or terminate your beta access at any time if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, act abusively toward our team, or if we decide to end the beta programme. We will give you reasonable notice where possible.

By you: You may cancel your beta access at any time by emailing support@kwowta.com. On cancellation you can request an export of your data, which we will provide within 14 days.

On termination for any reason, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as the product develops. If we make significant changes we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the App after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
